These physical therapy exercise videos were created to help patients strengthen their affected joint and avoid surgery, or recover after joint surgery. Your physician will tell you which video to watch and which exercises you are ready to do. If you have questions about which exercises to perform or how to do any exercise correctly, please contact your physician's office.
