Dr. Ross is a fellowship-trained trauma specialist and orthopaedic surgeon who treats patients with fractures of the pelvis, arm, elbow, shoulder, ankle, foot, leg and knee. He also treats deformity corrections (malunions), non-healing bones (non-unions) and arthroplasty of the hip, knee and shoulder. He has a particular interest in the prevention and care of musculoskeletal infections resulting from trauma as well.
Dr. Ross earned his medical degree at Touro University Nevada before completing his orthopaedic surgery residency at University of Michigan Health-West and his orthopaedic trauma fellowship at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University in Detroit. He is an active researcher in fracture care with over ten publications to date and is a member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association and AO Trauma North America.
